Bio hemp oil 250 Ml

Hemp oil has a nutty taste. It contains an optimal ratio between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Usage:

1-2 teaspoons per day. Also suitable for use in all recipes and dishes where olive oil would normally be used.
As it loses its taste and quality when heated, it is not recommended for cooking at temperatures above 70 °C.

The oil should be stored in a dark and cool place.
