Bio hemp flour 500g

Slovenian  hemp flour is perfect for baking and cooking. It gives dishes a pleasant nutty aroma. It is an excellent gluten-free alternative to wheat and corn flour. The flour is ground from hemp seeds and perfectly complements cooking. It is prepared by extracting the oil from the hemp seed, grinding the seed and sifting it to remove the husks (hemp seed coat). Hemp seeds, from which hemp oil is obtained in addition to proteins and flour, develop on the plant during the period of intensive hemp growth.

Usage:

We usually add 20% hemp flour to the rest of the flour (wheat, semolina or any other). Hemp flour can also be a tasty and healthy alternative for thickening soups or sauces.
