In addition to the setting for additional power and consequently greater brightness, the ballast also has the option of dimming. The Green Force digital ballast has a passive cooling system. The deep aluminum heatsinks work efficiently with the low heat this ballast puts out and there is no fear of the ballast cooling going bad. Thus, we can expect that the lifespan will be much longer. In addition, the passively cooled silencer is significantly quieter than other silencers.
