Cannabis Masters, Ulica Oktoberske Revolucije 19a, 6310 Izola, here in after referred to as the Manager, accepts the following statement on the protection of personal data in accordance with the Regulation on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data – GDPR (EU2016 / 679) and protection of personal data (ZVOP-1).

We pay great attention to the privacy of visitors and customers in our online store and we are aware that the personal data that users entrust to us is sensitive information, so we are committed to protecting them from misuse, disclosure, unauthorized access and under no circumstances we will pass it on to third parties. All information will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided. We will entrust the delivery service (Pošta Slovenije) with the necessary information for the delivery of the ordered products (name and surname of the recipient, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address for informing about the status of the package).

As a visitor, you can sign up to receive e-news in 3 ways: via the Contact form on the website, via the Subscription to e-news on the website or physically in the Cannabis Masters store via the application forms for receiving e-news. In these cases, we collect and process the following data:

If you want to become a user, register in the online store. When you first register, you can sign up to receive e-news, or you can sign up for it at any time later (you can do this in my profile – my data).
In this case, for the purposes of providing the services we provide, we collect the following user data:
