Analysis of THC – Free content
Analyze your THC content realiably and accurately by laboratory analysis of cannabis plant or product made from it.
*THC with a dermination limit of 5ppm and identification limit of 1 ppm.*
Quantity of samples
Minimimum quantity to be sampled:
– Hemp Biomass(tops, leaves, steams,..) min.2g
– Hemp groves (resin, oils,…) -min. 0,5g
Note, that Cannabis Masters does not perform terpene analysis on solid products such as infusion dishes/ capsules. To perform terpene teasting on finished products, indicate the concentrated oil or plant material used to form these products.
GC – Gas Chromatografy
After the separation phase, the analytes enter a detector, which is responsible
for providing measurable feedback on the concentration of the molecule in the gas phase. For quantitative detection, a flame ionization detector (FID) is usually used, the signal of which is proportional to the number of carbon atoms present in the analyte. A more advanced detection method is the mass selective detector (MS), which offers high sensitivity and analyte identification. This is possible by comparing the fragmentation pattern (dissociation of energy-unstable molecular ions formed during the transition of molecules into the ionization chamber of a mass spectrometer, where the analyte is bombarded by electrons with a predetermined energy). Molecule fragments produce a unique pattern in the mass spectrum) between the analyte and the mass library…. Read more..
